What kind of parties can be booked online?
All kids parties can be conveniently booked online. All packages include 10 individuals. We do offer the option for additional guest to join. Please note that corporate events cannot be booked online. Please email Event Director, info@shindig-entertainment.com to connect with the event director.
What if I'm not sure about my party's final headcount?
We get it, sometimes plans change. To help with this, we allow you to make changes to your party up to 7 days prior to your event. 7 days prior to your event please email us the final headcount. This information is important to us in case we need to add on required bowling lanes, as well as so that our kitchen and staff are prepared. It is very important you give us an accurate headcount since we may not be able to make day of changes if for example, you’ll need additional lanes. When adding individuals to the party please email jwright@shindig-entertainment.com to connect with the event director.
What if I need to change/edit my reservation after I've already checked out?
If you need to modify your reservation after booking, please send us an email at jwright@shindig-entertainment.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to COVID -19, when booking on-line we will issue a full refund with a 24 hour notice in the event of a cancellation. When booking off-line or in-house, refunds will be given in the form of a Shindig Gift Card to be used anywhere in our facility, provided a 24 hour notice is given for the cancellation. Do you provide the cupcakes, invitations and decorations?
Yes. We provide balloons, cupcakes along with the Shindig color theme. No pinatas or décor will be permitted to be hung on the walls.
Will plates, napkins, cups, and utensils be supplied?
Yes. We go with the theme of the Shindig Colors. You choose two colors for balloons and we match your color with the choice of your balloon choice.
Do we have a private room?
No more than 20 people in each party room. Seating is 12 chairs per room. If you choose to upgrade to the VIP area for a party, the VIP lane prices apply.
Will someone be there to help me with the kids?
Yes, you will have a party host. Their main job is to greet the birthday child and their guest. The party host takes everyone through all the attractions and interacts with everyone. The party host is with the party until the end of blowing out the candle. Parents still need to be at the party as it is going during the required time of the party.
Can we order additional food the day of?
Yes. You will be charged the day of your party for any additions not included in your contract.
Can we bring in our own food?
As we are a licensed facility, no outside food or drink is allowed. If you have a birthday package booked, you can bring in a cake from a ServSafe Certified https://www.servsafe.com facility with this certification only.
How much time prior to my party’s start time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your party’s start time.
If I’m planning a kid’s birthday party, does the birthday child bowl for free?
The birthday child counts towards the total headcount of your party.
Is Gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in our party packages you can choose. All staff are grateful for any gratuity added to your bills.
*As a reminder all bowling and events must be paid for in full prior to the starting. This is what activates the lanes.
